A Legacy of Care Since 1927
The story of Texas Medical and Surgical Associates began back in 1927, when its first generation of doctors united to establish a clinic with the goal of providing area residents with excellent specialty care, originally known as the Dallas Medical and Surgical Clinic.
A new generation of doctors stepped forward in 1994, and the clinic moved from its downtown facilities to the Walnut Hill Lane and Greenville Avenue location where it has provided patient care as Texas Medical and Surgical Associates for the past 25 years.
The leadership of TMSA continues to envision a bright future for the organization and its patients.

Presley M. Mock, MD
Board-Certified Otolaryngologist
Dr. Presley Mock is board certified in otolaryngology—head and neck surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. His office is located on the Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas campus, where he has served patients for 25 years. His practice encompasses pediatric ENT, sinus and nasal surgery, sleep apnea management, hearing and balance disorders, head and neck oncology, and care for the professional voice. His interests include the full spectrum of sinus surgery, from in-office minimally invasive procedures to complex revision surgery with intraoperative image- guided navigation. He also has a passion for treating voice patients and has helped student, amateur, and professional singers and speakers with their medical and surgical voice care.
Laurie Even, AuD
Clinical Audiologist
Laurie Even, Au.D., is a clinical audiologist that has been with Texas Medical and Surgical Associates for over 11 years. She received her Doctorate in Audiology at University of Texas at Dallas, and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders at University of Texas at Austin. She is a native Texan and currently resides in Farmers Branch with her husband, Bill, and two daughters, Annie and Emily.
She is licensed by the State of Texas, is a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology, and a fellow with the American Academy of Audiology.
